Is the AI included or extra?
Included. Every tier ships with the same AI core (Chris). Higher tiers raise the AI generation quota, not unlock different intelligence.
What happens if I exceed my AI quota?
Overage is billed transparently — $0.10 per AI generation, $0.30 per voice minute. No surprise tier upgrades. You see usage in real time.
Why do Starter and Pro forbid real PHI?
HIPAA compliance requires a Business Associate Agreement between us and the legal entity that owns the patient data. A solo practitioner usually isn't a covered entity in their personal capacity. We unlock real-PHI features at the Team tier where the agency signs the BAA. More on our compliance posture →
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade any time, downgrade at the next billing cycle. Annual contracts can switch tier (we prorate the difference) but not cancel mid-term.
What about other integrations?
